Rhonda D’Agostino, DNP, AGACNP-BC, is a nationally recognized nurse practitioner, educator, and aesthetic injector known for her precision, artistry, and deep command of anatomy. After nearly two decades working in critical care - building advanced practice teams, leading ICU innovation at Memorial Sloan Kettering, and training clinicians across the country - Rhonda found her second calling in aesthetic medicine.

What began as a personal experience with neuromodulators during burnout evolved into a passion for helping people feel confident, restored, and seen. A lifelong educator, Rhonda now blends her medical expertise with her artistic eye to deliver natural, balanced results that honor the individual face. As an instructor at The Confidence Academy, Rhonda teaches hands-on, small-group masterclasses in lip augmentation, facial balancing, neuromodulators, and regenerative aesthetics. Her approach is rooted in anatomy, safety, and subtle artistry - giving medical professionals the skills and confidence to elevate their craft.

Rhonda continues to serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor and AGACNP Specialty Track Coordinator at Pace University, where she mentors the next generation of nurse practitioners. She remains committed to continuous learning, staying at the forefront of wellness, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine.
